RE2106: Arabella Jade Slide by Slide

This is one of my favourite restraint methods using steel shackles and a spreader bar. The bar is attached at the collar and the ankles, and the hands are allowed to slide up and down the bar but fixed to it. As Arabella discovers, it's a weird mixture of being able to shift around a bit and get a little more comfortable, and being totally constrained in a really severe and strict manner. No matter what you do, your ankles and neck are staying precisely the same distance apart. You can lie down, just about. Once you are down you can roll over. Bit then you need help getting back up again! It's deceptive just how taxing it is as a position - I think you can see from Arabella's smiles around the ballgag towards the end of the set that she can't quite believe how taxing and debilitating it is!
