Jasmine- The Blades' Embrace

Jasmine sat, her leg transfixed by the sword, hypnosis battling with pain for control of her mind. Then the magician produced a box from the table to the side of the stage. For a moment, her terror defeated the spell- she knew that this evil-looking device did not bode well for her, especially when she saw the pile of daggers lying on the table, awaiting her! She began to struggle...

"Be calm, my dear," the Magician's voice emerged, soothing and powerful, from behind his sinister mask. "You have felt the first kiss of steel, now it is time to experience the Blades' embrace!"

And with that he plunged the first dagger through Jasmine's skull! Again and again the daggers plunged through her, transfixing her, lifting her to a state of agony somewhere that shone through beyond pain to something like ecstasy!
