Here is a new custom-commissioned production, acting as a sequel to the Mr. Happy Feet production found in my store. Previously, we saw CHP Officer Tilly McReese get turned to the dark side of things, now working as a proxy for the villain known as Mr Happy Feet. Here, we see her on the phone with her new mentor. It seems that his first task for her is to find him a new plaything, and he wants a celebrity or someone famous. Tilly knows just the right victim.
Later, we see PhysiGal (Carmen Valentina) arrive at the location. She mentions how she's going to put a stop to Mr Happy Feet, and his days are numbered. In the warehouse mat room, PhysiGal enters, looking around, calling him out and being cocky and arrogant. Her arrogance is her downfall with Officer Tilly! PhysiGal's shoes are removed and her nylon feet are enjoyed a bit. She's HOGTIED (done on screen), and it seems her nylon feet are the target of Tilly, first with TICKLING, and then with bastinado with her police baton, and finally with at taser.
But PhysiGal's ordeal is far from over. She's bound in the bondage kneeler, as Officer Tilly makes her worship and suck on her superior nylon feet, humiliating the superheroine. She's then gagged, as Tilly rips open her pantyhose and it's strap-on time to tame this superheroine slut! In the end, she's OTS carried away to a waiting car. In the trunk, her feet sticking out of the pass thru in back, Tilly brands PhysiGal's nylon soles with Mr Happy Feet's signature smiley faces before driving away, PhysiGal struggling.
