Rose tried to clear the fog from her head and open her eyes. The last thing she remembered was celebrating the New Year with her friends before it all became a blur. She tried to move but someone had left lying on a bed cruelly bound and gagged. She could feel the tight ropes bite deep into her wrists and elbows crushing her arms together. Her booted ankles and knees are tied together and her mouth was packed and elastic bandages were wrapped tightly over her mouth and around her head gagging her. Rose struggles to get up to look around at her unfamiliar surroundings. She was in a loft and a stairway was a few feet away. She knew she had to try to escape before her captor returns. Rose struggles off the bed and hopes over to the stairs. Looking down the step stairway she knew it would be dangerous to try to hope down so she slides down the wall onto her ass and crawls down the stairs on her ass. Coming to the bottom of the stairway she encounters a locked door. But with her arms uselessly bound behind her back there is no way she can reach up and unlock the door. So she reaches up with her booted feet and struggles to open the lock with her toes. To her relief the door swings open and she reaches the first floor. Rose struggles to her feet and tries to hope away. But it is too late as the Hunter catches her. He drags away and attaches her bound wrists to a rope that he hangs down from a ceiling hook. Her wrists are pulled up high behind her back high into her air twisting her shoulders unnaturally in their sockets. He goes for more ropes and returns to weave the rope into her hair and then pulls her head back and ties the rope from her hair to her bound elbows. Before he leaves he pulls the strappado rope tighter raising her arms even higher into her air. He leaves her hanging helplessly in the brutal strappado.
