Pretty secretary Destine walks to her car after work not realizing the danger that awaits. She climbs into her car as she does every day after work and reaches up to adjust her mirror and fix her makeup when she sees him, but it is too late. A rope flashes in front of her eyes and it is around her throat pulling her head back to the head rest. Destine fights for her life as the rope is pulled tight choking her. She grabs at the rope trying to work her fingers between the rope and her neck, but it is pulled too tight. Her ears are ringing as she tries to reach back and claw at her attacker. But it is too late her world goes black and goes she goes limp. The Hunter loosens the tension on the rope and check it insure his prey is . Later he carries her into the old abandoned basement. Destine hangs limp in his arms. Her arms at tied brutally tight behind her back and her ankles are tied with ropes. Her mouth has been packed and tape is wrapped around her head and over her mouth to keep her quiet when she does regain consciousness again. The Hunter puts her down on an old cart and then wheels her limp bound body deep into the bowels of the decrepit basement. He stops in an old machine room, he check to make sure she is still out then leaves for a bit to get a cold drink. Not long after he leaves Destine begins to awake. She sits up in terror realizing that she has been left bound and gagged who knows where. She struggles to her feet and tries to get her ankles free of the ropes. Destine manages to get her fingers to the knots and frees her ankles. Now she has to try to make good an escape before the fiend returns. She has no idea how to get out of the basement and has no idea where the Hunter is. So she sneaks out of the room into the dark corridors. Destine tries a door but it is locked and has to continue to look for a way out. She comes to a end blocked by a steel door. There is a hasp and hook locking the door and if her hands were free she would have no problem getting the door open. But with her wrists and elbows strictly bound behind her back getting the door open proves to be a serious problem. After some serious attempts at getting the steel door unlocked she finally gives up in frustration and has to turn around and find another way out. Roaming around the dark gloomy basement looking for a way out her arms hanging lifeless behind her back. But her luck runs out and she as she walks blindly into a dark room the Hunter grabs her around the throat and drags her back to the other room again. He ties a rope around her throat and the attaches the throat rope to a rope hanging down from the overhead pipes. Chokes on the rope as he ties her ankles tightly together. He then reties her elbows so that they kiss behind her back. He leaves her again standing in her stiletto heels with her hand in a noose.
