Megan needed money, but her credit was not very good. She took out a loan with a shady company and they claim her payment is do. She doesn't have the money, but they are willing to "work" with her. The loan officer is willing to wipe out her entire debt if she agrees to be tied up an tickled. If she holds in her laughter then her debt will be cleared. But each time she laughs, her debt increases 10% and she has to strip off a piece of clothing. Megan thinks she can hold it in long enough to clear her debt, but little does she know that the loan officer is stacking the debt against her with a hidden tank of laughing gas. She points the hose in Megan's direction breaking her resolve and making her susceptible to the loan officer's fiendish tickling. Off comes the clothes and the tickling finger and brushes attack as Megan's debt goes up and up.
