Ace Reporter, Rachel Steele's cover was blown and she was viciously tickled for information. Now, Ember, one of the criminal groups henchwomen is contacting the crime boss to get instructions. While she's on the phone, Rachel sneaks up on her and jumps her. Turning the tables on the mischievous masseuse, Rachel strips and straps the girl to the massage table and gives her a taste of her own medicine. Tickling Ember's nude body, Rachel inflicts her revenge with no mercy as Ember struggles not to laugh. But it's no use and she dissolves into hysterics as her entire body is exposed to Rachel's dancing fingers. The video ends with a two minute homage to a fan favorite laughing gas scene, Night of the Comet. This is the complete clip and contains both upper body and feet tickling.
