The doctor at a remote prison doesn't think very highly of the inmates she is responsible for treating and looking after. She berates them, and uses her position to threaten and scare them. Today, she has a new "fish" who needs a physical. Prison gossip travels fast, and the new inmate has already heard about the 'good" doctor. Telling the guard to go to lunch, and that she has everything under control, the doctor immediately starts berating the new inmate. She tells him to extend his arm for a sedative injection. But she is careless, and the inmate gets the upper hand, injecting the doctor with her own sedative, turning the mean doctor into a happy camper. Knowing the guard will be gone for a while, the inmate decides to have some fun with the doctor, and soon, she is stripped and tied in his sell. He proceeds to use his electric toothbrush on her helpless body as she curses and begs for mercy. Tickling her feet, legs and ass, drizzling oil on her supple skin to enhance the torture. Flipping her over, he finishes his payback by fucking the doctor as he tickles her upper body, driving her crazy with laughter as she bucks to a ticklegasm.
