At a prison for hardened criminals, Correctional Officer Ebony patrols the halls, cutting a swath of fear among her male charges. She uses her authority over them, and they live in fear of her power. A new fish is in Ebony's "interrogation" cell, where she intends to have some fun with him. She quickly finds that the tough and hardened criminal is nothing more than a ticklish wimp, who begs her for mercy as she tickles him all over, getting peels of laughter from her toy. Ebony has shown another tough just who is boss. But Ebony has gotten cocky. She thinks because she has gotten all the regulars cowering in their cells, the new prisoner will do the same. He shows her the error in her ways when he jumps her and puts her in the same position she had him. Now it's his turn to teach the femme domme a few lessons as he tests just how ticklish the tough guard really is. She is soon helplessly laughing as every inch of her is subjected to tickling as she is helpless to take any action. The prisoner is getting his revenge, and intends to get the ultimate revenge when he tickle fucks the guard as she laugh as and moans in delight as the pleasure overwhelms her.
