Chase Anderson and David Fox are special agents of the FBI who investigate the paranormal. Anderson, the skeptical of the two, often frowns on her partner's contacts. While Fox is on vacation, he has arranged for hispartner to interview someone who claims to have important information regarding UFO's. Anderson isn't happy with the situation, but agrees. When she meets the contact, her fears are justified. The guy is a paranoid fringe loon who is wearing tin foil on his head in order to block alien signals. Believing the contact to be a loon, but harmless, Anderson puts her guard down. Unfortunately, this loon has taken a liking to the hot agent and decides to capture her. Turning on a gas system, he pumps laughing gas into the room Anderson is seated in. Soon, the special agent is overcome by the gas and giggling herself silly and now in the hands of her captor. when she wakes up, she is stripped and dressed in lingerie, tied to an x-frame. She realizes that she's been captured by the contact. When he enters the room, he is dressed as an alien. Anderson tries to talk sense into the man, who she realizes is living some wacko fantasy. Unfortunately, her calm attempt to talk sense is destroyed when the "alien" begins performing experiments, which involve viciously tickling the poor agent to distraction as she begs for mercy. The "alien" explores every inch of her body, tickling with fingers and various "tools" that not only ellicit giggles and laughter, but ecstatic moans.
